Turkey Dressing Measurement

 
 
Hi Friends!
 I know this post may be too late for this year but it should definitely go in your files for next year. Or better yet, throw out something you're doing next week for this because it was so fun, engaging and applicable to real life!
 

My district found this resource for non-standard measurement. The students have to take Tom the Turkey's measurements, measure clothing and then decide on the appropriate clothing that fits Tom. What I like best is that the students can't tell from just looking at the clothing. They had to actually measure those as well. :) Click here to download if you'd like it!
